War matchmaking is awful

I've been in my guild for a little over a year and we're currently at ~250 million gp. We haven't won a single war since I've been in the guild. Come close a couple times, but most often we don't stand a chance. The war that ended today we were terribly outmatched. Their front two territories had a total of 17 GL, which we didn't even take out one territory of theirs. Meanwhile they defeated every single defense we placed. TW has been absolutely terrible for our guild. Whatever the formula is it needs to consider the amount of GL/meta characters between teams in that formula rather than just gp.
