Are we getting any kind of arena relief in the foreseeable future?

Currently arena is a mess, hundreds of players ranging from a few million gp up to 9 million gp are climbing throughout the day, it's almost to the point to where it costs as many crystals to climb as it does to get top ranks, i don't think this is very healthy for the game, mods dont even matter with the current meta's and frankly gear levels aren't stopping anyone either
Is there any kind of relief coming?

It’s kinda funny (not really), so many users on the forums asked for YEARS for a rock, paper, scissor meta.

Now we have one, and almost all we see is, ‘when is it going to change?’

I agree, both arenas are overdue for a change up.
