Askign for Guidance

I wanted to ask you about guidance based on my profile:

Since level 50 I was just playing with no bigger plan or anything like that. Afther reading the forum I've started to farm Phenix team to go for EP , and Thrawn. Still everything on low/begginer level. I wanted to ask you about the best tactics for my current progress, since now I've got 60 lvl and the Fleet Arena has started, so now i would rather go with a specified path. Could apreciate any advice
Since I already have tarkin, should i go for geo spy/soldier from scratch ? ;> Or focus on Kylo Ren ship for the fleet ship : >
