You can have 200 +20 speed mods and 800 6dot ones and there are still mods to spend credits on.

i have 400 million credits and spend it on mods, but other than that not much to spend credit on, leveling up characters and ships back then drained me more

If you would "spend it on mods" you wouldn't have 400m credits. You also wouldn't have +107 speed on your DR then.

I'm actually kinda curious about buying mods. I have about 50 mil in credits.

I only buy a mod if it's 5 speed. Depending on the other secondaries, I might not even buy that - I avoid secondaries like defense or tenacity (unless I'm specifically looking for those) in general. I favor secondaries like off and off%, protection.

I try to buy good mods, but maybe I'm too selective?
