Still Crashing

Hello all, I have a ipad and the game is still crashing, please can you fix it. It always costs me a team in grand arena. It also crashes in guild events again costing me a team. I'm getting really fed up! Most of the time combat is what causes it to do it. It is very annoying when it does it on a Geo fight in a territory battle. I get to part 4 and it crashes before I can finish! Then you don't get guild rewards and you can't play the fight again. Total fix! It means that I have lost or missed out on battles by losing teams for over a month.
