Show turn order indicator in battle.

It’s getting harder and harder to guess the turn order of characters in combat. I know we have the TM indicator but when several characters have full TM it’s difficult to know for sure. And when characters have very different speeds it’s also hard to guess.

I saw this in another game where you had a queue of small character icons on the screen showing the order, and you could click it to toggle it only showing the next one or a list of the coming 6 to reduce screen coverage when not needed.

And of course it updates the queue when you perform an action that feeds/removes Tm to characters.
