Will General Kenobi be a Jedi and work mostly with Jedi Council members? If yes, wouldn't SEE's value in arena and GAC skyrocket? 2 Jedi GLs and he having significant advantage over Jedi teams!

I can't see him not being a Jedi, but I wonder if his synergy will more be GR, which does include Jedi, but also Padmé and Clones.
SEE might still be a concern, but with Padmé we know that SEE's protection drain doesn't work against Protection Up.
Considering h. is called *Jedi* Master Kenobi it would be a bit embarrassing if he didn't have a Jedi tag
More likely there will be clauses in his abilities like we saw with Jedi Knight Luke to limit interactions with Old Republic Jedi who could potentially supercharge him.
