Starting a new guild is near impossible!!!

I have had a guild for a year. I have tried the forums, discord channels, and anything I could think of....but there is very little you can do to recruit effectively. After the guild search changes, our guild filled up in minutes. I was able to kick inactive players that had come and gone over the lifespan of the guild and have repops almost instantly. Now there have been some folks leave or stop playing and we haven’t had anyone join our guild since. Guild recruitment is broken. Starting a guild in this game is near impossible. If you can’t offer end game content or a free ride through heroic raids (earning max tickets daily) and TB, then you will be hard pressed to keep your guild alive. There is very little incentive for sticking with a growing guild and that make things very hard.
