iOS crashing issue

Since more or less the first release of GC, there's been a large uptick in crashes experienced by iOS device users. Many users are experiencing multiple crashes per day. It is now 2 months later, and no improvement (if anything its gotten worse).

Can we get a meaningful update from devs as to progress on this. It has a real impact on our game - e.g. I had a crash at the start of my wat shard run, so all 50 people in my guild are down 1 shard that is more or less a sure thing otherwise.
