Problems after android update again

Woke up this morning and after update, can't move past the lucas/disney load screen... ive dried disabling or uninsalling update for webview again and that isn't fixing the issue this time. Any help would be appreciated

Clearing the game cache, if that doesnt work, uninstall and reinstall the software.
