Issues After the New Update

After I downloaded the new update today for one of my accounts, I could not get past the main screen for SWGoH for that account. I restarted the app, restarted the device, and am unsure of how to fix it. Did anyone else have a similar problem, or know how to fix it?
Any help is appreciated.

Clear the cache, if that doesnt work, uninstall and reinstall.
