Aurra Sing:
Sniper's expertise:
Deal physical damage to target enemy. If the target is stunned, deal 100% more damage and decrease this ability's cooldown by 2. If the target was toppled (only raid bosses can be toppled), deal 200% more damage and reset this ability's cooldown.

Game Plan:
Scoundrel and bounty hunter allies gain 20% offense, doubled while stealthed*. At the start of battle, and whenever a Bounty Hunter ally defeats an enemy, all Bounty Hunter Attacker allies gain Stealth for 2 turns. When Aurra Sing is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Use an ability while buffed 10 times. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies gain +50% Counter Chance and their Payouts are activated. Bounty Hunter allies recover 25% protection, 25% health, and gain 40% Turn Meter whenever a unit is defeated.

*leader treats each tag separately, so a unit with the scoundrel and bounty hunter tag will gain +40% offense, or 80% if they are also stealthed.

Notes: Gave some more general use viability outside of raids and improved the leader's base effects so it's more than just a quick payout

Boba Fett:
Dead or Alive:
All allies gain 50% Critical Damage and 10% Critical Chance. Bounty Hunter allies gain 15 Speed for each debuffed enemy, gain Max Health equal to 50% of the total Potency of all Bounty Hunter allies, and gain 15% Turn Meter whenever a Thermal Detonator explodes. When Boba Fett is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Defeat the first enemy that takes a turn in any encounter. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies have +75% Tenacity. In addition, whenever a bounty hunter ally resists a debuff they inflict the same debuff and a thermal detonator on the enemy for 1 turn, which can't be evaded, and their Payouts are activated.

Bounty Hunter's Resolve:
At the start of encounter, and whenever he defeats an enemy, Boba Fett recovers 100% Protection and gains Bounty Hunter's Resolve until he is defeated. While Boba Fett has protection, he has +10% offense, defense, potency, and tenacity, doubled while above half protection, and tripled while at full protection

Bounty Hunter's Resolve: This unit ignores Taunts during his turn. When defeated, revive at 100% Health. Can't be Dispelled, prevented, or stacked.

Notes: As his leadership has great versatility, it is brought down but a lackluster contract and lack of in-kit synergy with thermal detonators. As for the unique, I merely brought it in line with the power of The Mandolorian and Jango Fett's uniques.

Cad Bane:
At Your Service:
Bounty Hunter allies have +100% Potency and gain Advantage for 2 turns when they inflict a debuff. When Cad Bane is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Inflict 20 debuffs on enemies. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All enemies have -50% Tenacity for the rest of the battle and can not gain tenacity up. In addition, whenever a debuffed enemy is critically hit, they lose 1% turn meter for each debuff on them, which can't be evaded. All Bounty Hunter allies have their Payouts activated.

Notes: As his leader currently lacks either the survivability of Bossk or Greef, nor the rush down of Aurra or Jango, I instead opted to slow the enemy down

Dengar:
Job Satisfaction:
Bounty Hunter allies have +50% Health Steal. In addition, all enemies have -50% Critical Damage. When Dengar is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Damage the healthiest enemy 10 times. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All enemies take damage equal to 5% of their max health when damaged, bounty hunters are then healed for the health amount lost. All Bounty Hunter allies have their Payouts activated.

Grizzled Veteran:
Whenever Dengar receives a Critical Hit, he gains Stealth for 2 turns. Whenever an enemy evades Dengar’s attack, he gains +60% Turn Meter. Whenever Dengar suffers a negative status effect, he gains Tenacity Up for 2 turns. While Dengar is Stealthed, enemies can't gain Stealth. Whenever this ability's effects trigger, Dengar recovers 3% Health and Protection and other allies are healed for half as much.

Notes: Maximized the survivability granted from his leader, and spread the healing from his unique as currently with his stealth it rarely does him any good.

Greedo:
Ambuscade:
Scoundrel allies gain 50% Critical Damage.
[ZETA] whenever an ally uses a basic ability, they also inflict speed down. In addition whenever an enemy is critically hit, they lose 3% turn meter and all bounty hunters gain 3% turn meter, these effects are doubled if the enemy had speed down or the ally had advantage. When Greedo is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Damage an enemy with less than 50% Turn Meter 10 times with a Basic Ability. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies have +50% Critical Damage. In addition, all enemies are immune to turn meter gain (excludes raid bosses and galactic legends) for the rest of the battle and their Payouts are activated.

Notes: similar to Cad Bane, I focused more on slowing down the enemy team.

Greef Karga:
Loyalty Pays:
Allied Bounty Hunters gain 30% Max Protection. Whenever an allied Bounty Hunter gains a buff, they recover 5% Protection. When Greef is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Attack out of turn 20 times. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies have their Payouts activated and gain max protection equal to 5% of the damage they deal, doubled if they attacked outside of their turn.

Notes: Given a survivability boost, that while not initially as good as Bossk's, in long term PvE battles (potentially even PvP) would surpass him, at the cost of removing the offense boost his previous lead gave.

IG-88
Resourceful Pursuer:
All allies have +20% Critical Chance and inflict a Damage Over Time effect and target lock whenever they score a Critical Hit. When IG-88 is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Score Critical Hits against debuffed enemies 10 times. Enemies must be debuffed before the start of an attack to count progress. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies gain +50% Offense and Potency, debuffed enemies have -50% defense and a 50% chance to have their cooldowns increased by 1 when they are critically hit for the rest of the battle. Bounty hunter allies have their Payouts activated.

IG-88's Payout:
When IG-88 receives a Reward from a Contract, or when the leader is another dark side droid he also gains the following Payout. (Contracts are granted by certain Bounty Hunter Leader Abilities.)

Payout: For the rest of the battle, IG-88's Critical Hits to enemies reduce their Tenacity by -10% (stacking), and inflict target lock, which can't be resisted, his attacks ignore 50% Defense of Target Locked enemies, and he has +25% Offense for each enemy with Target Lock.

Notes: Gave his payout more a substantial reward as well as his kit more target lock synergy and uses, as well as gave his unique use outside the faction similar to Jango to pay homage to his Legends character

Zam Wessel:
Having a Blast:
Bounty Hunter allies gain +25% Potency and recover 4% Health and Protection whenever an enemy is dealt damage by a Thermal Detonator. When a Bounty Hunter ally uses a Special ability, they inflict a Thermal Detonator on the selected target for 2 turns, which can't be Evaded. When Zam Wesell is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Inflict 20 bombs on enemies. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.)

Reward: Thermal detonators deal bonus damage equal to 5% of the target's max protection. In addition, whenever bounty hunter allies damage an enemy, they have a 20% chance each to detonate thermal detonators on them. In addition enemies have -10 speed for each thermal detonator on them.

Notes: Wanted to fix that abysmal payout she had before[/spoilers]
