Malevolence in store

When can we see malevolence shards in store? The Negotiator/General Kenobi shards made my fleet arena lopsided. In my division we get about 15-20 shards a month and that accelerated negotiator by 3 months. Those going for malevolence not getting the same advantage.

If the Malevolence is required for the next GL or some other event, then there will probably be packs

Lemme break it down slowly for ya. Players typically choose to go malevolence/negotiator as next step for fleet arena. Difficult to get for newer players. Those that have chose to go negotiator can buy 60 shards in store. Big advantage at the moment
