Availability issues and rewards

My family decided to go on a hiking trip from the 20th to the 22nd of this month. My concern is that i will probably have absolutely no service at all in the mountains and conquest is ending in a day or 2. If i cant claim my rewards (which were max crate on hard mode) will i be able to get reimbursed for them? Also to a lesser degree TW rewards as well? I know this may be an odd question but id really hate to lose all of the progress toward ahsoka just because i might not be able to claim the rewards in the allotted time
