When will buzz droids and Mal fleet mechanics get fixed?

When another Separatist or Droid ally uses an ability during their turn, the Vulture Droid is called to assist if the target enemy has Buzz Droids.

Unless, this isn't true at all and it's completely randomized which ships (if any) will assist, has been brought up numerous times, and still hasn't been "fixed."

    The summoned vulture droids have a 70% chance of assisting, and according to in game description they always have done.
