Abusing arena with discord

Hello.
Faced with a problem where >20 persons joined discord chanel and cooperate to give each other good rewards by nerfing their squads and to not give others by attacking them in PO time.
I'll try to explain. Sorry for my English.
For example, you took 2 place in your PO time, they don't attack you from 5-3, they attack you only from 6+ to not give you a good reward and they attack you again from a lower position to put you down and to pass one of theirs.
Can I do something against such coordination? Change somehow arena?
I've donated thousands of dollars to start again with HDB, gears and shards, but their cooperation nullifies everything.

Best bet is to reach out and ask if you can be part of the group or at least ask if there are payout times to avoid. You can change your payout twice per year but I'm afraid you are stuck in that arena shard.
I wasn't allowed to join my shard chat but they did let me know who was climbing and when. We have an agreement to stay out of each others' way. Which is OK.

Someone from that arena chat purposely snipe me before i get my slkr.
I told them i open first position only if they kick the bugger sniper out. I left the chat as all of them are rude, even unapologetic about the sniping.
Till now, two months later, im still unbeatable. Rofl.

Do you mean that you stay at no1 even after your payout and hinder other people from getting their POs? If so it’s no big surprise that they are trying to snipe you.
I was gOing to let that batch of 20 people only if they remove that sniper.
You know what he did? He snipe 2min before my po on purpose. (Dont have slkr then)No friend request nothing.
Snipe 5mins your po. It is doable.
That’s probably not going to work out well for you in the near future. Always play the long game.
If they sent a friend request, and tell me nicely.. i wont go full crazy mode.

Congrats, I suppose but I assume you are in a fairly new shard? There's nothing about that squad that's unbeatable. JML wipes the floor with that.

I’m not in favour of shard chats. Just beat each other. Don’t expect to sit in a position for 24 hours. Don’t expect other people to care what payout you get.

I think it would be hard to pinpoint what, if any, rules are being broken.
I'm sympathetic to those that find themselves out of their shard chat (including me!) but it's not cheating from what I can see.
Any suggestions on what CG should do about activities on a platform they have no control over?
It makes the climb easier if you are in the shard chat, but not necessarily "everyone's climb".
If you are on the hit list then you can keep refreshing as much as you like but will get pulled back around your PO.
Perhaps perspective from other angles is needed?
Shard chats work because they need to limit their members and create a core - whether the other players 'play nice' or not does not usually matter.
The assumption they need to be closed to work is incorrect. The larger they are the more effective it is. The larger the "hit list" the less effective it is.
The only goal is to get every the best PO without unnecessarily pushing someone back, anything other than that starts to cost you crystals, which is bad.
