Is bug website broken?

I had an LS TB CM get stuck in wave 4. It didn't crash, but I didn't have any buttons to take a turn, and the enemy wasn't either. GG looked like he had full TM. I could click on any characters (enemy or mine), turn on and off auto, and change the speed.

I tried to submit a bug multiple times last night and today, but the submit button greys and takes no action. I don't see any new tickets under my profile.

I even had a mildly amusing video of me clicking around while it was stuck.

Is anyone else having either the in-game or bug site problem?

You need to fill in all the boxes, including the additional information one. You can't submit without an entry in every field.

Thanks! all fields were filled out and I wasn't getting any errors like when some were blank. But that got me to try replying to another ticket that was similar, and got an error that movies aren't acceptable files. This error did not appear when I attached to my submission. I posted the movie to google drive and included a link, and that worked.
