For "Power of Hatred" is that applied automatically when anyone kills an enemy or does it have to be specifically Maul. There is no indicator over him that shows he has a bonus and I can't really tell if it's going into effect.

Pretty sure it's anyone, (3rd is only when he hits), I don't use him much anymore outside of GW and DS PvE.

I have that ability at level 4 and it's pretty nice, only beef with Maul is he's not farmable and he's a glass cannon.

Yeah, alright then. I just didn't know if he was getting the bonus. Most people get an icon over their heads.
