Banned... but dont know why ?

Hi,
I was 2 weeks on vacation so not very activ in the game and this morning i get the message that my account is banned but without any reasons.

I created a Ticket and they ask me to send a message to "CG_LucifersDaddy" but in this forum is he banned.
Is this a joke to troll banned user or only a mistake from my site ?

I bet you went on a long distance vacation, you logged into the game from the new location, and C.G. in all their epic rush to assumption figured someone stole your account and just flat out banned it. Is this fairly accurate guess?

It is a different country. That is something they really look for from what I understand when tracking 'stolen accounts'. Especially when a purchase is made in a different country.
