Missing Echo Shards

I’m not sure if this is a bug, but I haven’t received the shards that CG promised from the incorrect listing of probabilities. I bought the pack before noon EST, so I’m fairly certain that was before they put out the hot fix. It seemed based off the post that we were meant to get the shards along with the hot fix. Has anyone else that bought the pack either received/not received the shards?
If they aren’t going to be given to us for another couple days, that’s cool too, I’d just like to know one way or another. I’m 80/100 on him so I’ll stop farming him if I’m going to be getting shards.
