Should you farm for Galactic Legend Lord Vader? or should you focus on a different Galactic Legend?

yes, that's why I based the discussion on the character requirements, gear needed, and relic mats needed as we still don't have the kit reveal. I think that alone should be enough for us if we should go for it or focus on a different GL as the relics needed can be used to unlock other GLs. Regardless, LV will most likely again change the meta or will be important in aspects of the game. We just need to know now how OP he will be.

I disagree too. I myself been pondering the question for a while now. But until his kit is out and we see the high end youtubers get him and start working things out I won't pull the trigger. If he is the best in Rancor I will definitely go for him. If not maybe SLKR or focus on Executor, which I'm unsure because I recently realized you need 7* RC (sitting at 21/100) to even unlock Executor
