Didnt receive conquest currency refund

Hello, i received the crystals i spent in conquest before it was canceled but not the currency, i spent about 150-200, i dont know exactly how much. But EA help didnt help at all, pretty much said they sent out the make good and everyone received it. Hopefully theres a chance i can get it back.

Did you buy gear or Consumables with the currency?
