What happened to GL balance?

They stated many times GLs will be balanced and now with JMK and LV we are seeing that balance is gone. At least with JMK he is superior to every GL and now they’ve buffed him he literally will not be able to be beaten except maybe by LV. CG this is not balance your continuing to **** off your customers.
