Nope not even a little. This would be such a tedious and shady programming exercise in unravelling spaghetti code, and the drop rate has been the same for five years now. To what end would that make sense. Really, it's just a small sample size/ confirmation bias issue. The community has been tracking it for years and the bean counters would immediately be blowing up reddit and the forums if it changed.

Sometimes it feels like it when you got bad rng for couple of days in a row, but I don't feel like it has changed right now. I just got 4 tie bomber blueprints out of 5 attempts in a row for 2 days, so maybe that affects my sight, who knows

No, the drop rate hasn’t gone down, you’ve just had bad RNG. You’re welcome to check the data though.
