Raid placement?

So im new and was put into a guild (I think?) My question is I am currently in the sith Triumvirate Raid. When I fight multiple times all scores go into 1 place (I am currently in 5th place on the board). However I notice that the same player name is in 1st-4th and then 6th-10th place. How is he in all positions?

I'm assuming you see the name "Mol Eliza" that is a place holder name for people, whether they leave the guild after the did damage, or they haven't made a username yet.
It is best to find a real guild and move on from the starter guilds.
