slkr team problem in conquest

Whenever I use my SLKR team in Glactic conquest all my toons lose max health and protection every turn. Any one else having this issue?

No other team is having this issue? The team is Slkr, Kru, Hux, St, and Fost.

Turn meter disks will do that.

For the life of me, I cant figure out how this stupid ability is pressing any kind of advantage, more like a handicap.
