Razor Crest bug

Ok so recently I've noticed that sometimes the razor Crest payout doesnt apply correctly. If I have 4 bounty hunter ships on the with no contract triggered and it triggers after 4 are out sometimes only 3 get it and sometimes all 4 do. Seems buggy
