Like many who have been treated very badly over this situation, I am now thinking about applying for full refund through Apple.
I wanted to know if anyone has done this and what was the outcome. I might add if I do request a refund through Apple it will be the first time ever. I can't help feeling EA could have avoided this if they just would have handled things more professionally with the customer in mind first, and not just some after thought.
