Buttons still disappearing bug - why no status update?

Two battles in wave 4 in one TB that my buttons disappeared. I restarted my phone before playing each time and yet this happens. How do I get the points back and lost GET for having this issue happen? It shouldn't still be happening and the Road Ahead should be at least mentioning that you've got some kind of update or information about this issue being worked or fixed.

Not a good thing. Seriously, it's been a year now? Get this worked out please.
