Is there something planned to fix the challenge pit rewards?
Since it encourage to not hit the raid.
I thought their policy was to reward the investment.

Not that I am aware of.

Not hitting the raid, risks not completing the raid, or ending up in the lower segment getting less relic mats.

What part encourages not hitting the raid?

Since you have best rewards with a low score

Before relic mat equalization update, when you ended 1st you had More relic mats but low Gear pieces and it was fine. But now you have the same amount of relic mats and keep the poor Gear rewards
