EA support - or not

Have anyone Else other than me had trouble receiving packs purchased?
I never had issues… until now. And now it Was the Hyperdrive bundle that fell through. Purchase went through - Got an invoice receipt and everything - but never received it ingame.
I have contacted EA Help, that only offers e-mail support in my country. And I am absolutely stunned as to the Way they handle this. 1. I never had the same supporter answer me. Always a new one. 2. They never read ticket history, so I am asked the same things over and over (it seems like automated answers). 3. When I deliver my Proof of purchase the entire loop starts over.
Now I have tried ti Write Them through FB also. But could it really be their strategy is just to wear people Down and give up? Its not a cheap pack TBH…

  • Contact your AppStore and have them do a refund. It’s faster and easier than going through EA who have no incentive of helping you
