The Balanced Empire
**Cpit Raid**
We are “casually serious” but independent, aspiring to be bigger & grow with our members. We want to win but it needs to be fun. “Balance” is important to our Empire! Membership is stable and dedicated; our members want to take part in guild activities and are willing to set the time aside to do so. Membership is English language but diverse.
We offer:
Heroic and Cpit Raids (Not a typo, we complete Cpit)
LS Geo 11+ ⭐️, 4+ KAM shards
DS Geo 26+ ⭐️, 34+ Wat shards
Great TW record – single figure losses
Organised discord channel with experienced advice
Expectations:
1. 3.5m and up GP. Commitment, participation and the right roster are important too. Cpit teams
2. Play the game your way! If you choose to be in the guild, you “train” regularly to build your roster, average of 500/daily tickets per week.
3. You normally participate fully in important guild events because you want to. Guild rewards are the result of our combined efforts so:
a. Everyone participates actively in TBs
b. TWs semi-optional but if you sign up, you participate fully
c. Raids apart from Cpit are optional.
4. If real life intervenes occasionally, it’s ok. You might get a chaser for something, but you can ignore those if you simply can’t play.
5. Mandatory Discord - it’s where we share experiences, give advice, celebrate, share strategy and tag for help.
6. We are a mix of Vets (5-7m GP) and midgame (2.5-5m GP)
