GK shards in weekly shipment or shop?

I'm new to the game and working on the GAS requirements. I'm wondering if GK shards ever show up in weekly shipments or the shop?

I've been on the lookout now for what feels like a few months, but haven't seen anything GK-related.

You get GK shards from the heroic tier of Tank Takedown, but they are occasionally purchasable in the weekly shipments or in packs.
