From my experiences, you can only buy one pack at a time. Have to go into game and wait for inbox message to say you got it, then go back out and buy one more. Since I was screwed out of a couple packs and I changed to buy just the one at a time, I haven't run into the problem again. Not sure if this is true for others, but it has been my experience.

I get the same message, hopefully they fix soon. Been trying for two weeks

Same issue here. Customer support says they are investigating but will not provide am ETA on resolution.
