GAC Lock-in

I'm assuming this has been said MANY times but PLEASE change the player lock-in for GAC so it either takes the state of your characters at the END of the sign-up period OR allows you to leave and rejoin to pick up improvements like in TW. This is significantly more important now that Crystal rewards have been moved from Squad Arena to GAC. I just delayed joining trying to improve characters then ran into conflicts during the 2 hours between when I got my crystal rewards for arenas and the end of the join period when I planned to do the final upgrades and missed the join deadline entirely... Now I'm out all of the rewards for the entire week of GAC. This could have been prevented entirely if you would just let players join right away and still upgrade until the end of the join period. PLEASE FIX!
