Lord Vader Shards Missing

I’ve just completed the first 3 tiers of the Lord Vader journey guide and I’m 10 shards short of unlocking him. How is that possible? As I can’t unlock him I’m now stuck and can’t progress further. I’ve retried all the battles in the hope I missed a battle for shards however that didn’t work. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I get this rectified? Thanks
