GAC 90 Points after 1 win?

I thought I understood the point system, but my opponent has 90 points after one win and one loss (two killed units). Can someone explain how that is possible?
I thought there was 69 points max for a win, plus 10 points for first attack, plus 2 points for the two kills in the loss. But that's 81 points. How can they have 90?

It seems to be the couple times I have seen this posted it’s with B1/B2 involved. Probably getting counted as multiple kills which lines up nicely with the level of testing CG seems to have done with the new GAC format.

Looks like maybe you can get the first attack +10 multiple times.
