Support Tickets Crash Game?

I tried two support tickets, and each time I submitted one, the game would no longer open. It would force close immediately, and a popup from Android would say the app has a bug. I would be forced to uninstall/reinstall, which allows me to play again, but the support ticket disappears.

All I get is a survey email of "how did we do?"

Creative way to ignore support issues.

Hmmm...try Answers HQ for both this and whatever your support ticket issue was. You might get a better response from them than from Support.
