The help center is useless

I lost one of my accounts and have been trying to recover it for a while now. I have messaged the in-game help center multiple times and they haven't responded.
I have also messaged EA help but they haven't been able to do much, so what should I do?

I'm sure they asked for some information as proof that the account was yours at some point
EA Help is the only way to get support for this
