Crashes on JMK tier 1

I've lost 30 tickets already because the game crashes when I attempt tier 1. I have 290 shards and I'm stuck. I could have 310, spend some crystals and use him on the next GAC. Instead, I'm losing tickets.

It’s been happening for how long now?
Pretty safe bet they do not have the desire/ability to fix it.
