No one should point fingers at Doja, Crumb, Ultra, or Obama. They’ve acknowledged the issue is being researched. It’s not their fault the decision makers are taking this long.
The people who need to be held accountable are the ones at the top dragging their feet and allowing issues like this to linger for so long unaddressed.
They need to reevaluate their priorities. Continuing to make people question their investments and not hear any response doesn’t help drive future sales, in addition to being terrible customer service.

Bear in mind that this is only ingame currency, not real money. But i will go and say if this was actually real money I am fairly certain this would classify as a fraud.
Legally this might be completely different due to the fact that crystals are only ingame currency but morally - not so much.

Well I think the evidence overwhelming suggests that they lowered the drop rate. So if they didn't change it, then they need to look at the galactic chase code because it appears the drop rate is bugged then.
