Better cheater reporting?

This guy has cheated so blatantly.

I’ve “reported” it both here and in game and haven’t had any acknowledgment from the powers that be on either platform.

Is there actually systems in place the check and deal with cheating players?

Why do you think you're owed an acknowledgement for your report?

I totally agree cheaters should be dealt with, hopefully swiftly. But there's no reason you need to be involved whatsoever once you've made your report.

They could do something like that:

We are sorry that you had to face an opponent that was cheating. To make up for a potential victory he cost you and for your inconvenience, here are 1000 crystals. Thank you for reporting that player and helping us to enforce our zero tolerance policy against cheating.[\color}

Then we at least see that they do care and act.
