In-game Support late reply

So recently I contacted the In-game Support concerning the recovery of my old account and I got a reply from one of the advisors asking for my Player ID and Ally Code, I replied a few hours late and I want to know if they'll still receive my info or is the ticket automatically closed when I don't reply after a certain period of time?

    You should get a message that your ticket is closed, if it is.

    You can reach out to one of the moderators at Answers HQ, to ask them about the process.
