Proving Grounds Release?

It’s been a month since news of the Proving Grounds came out. Is there any further information on what it will be like and when it comes out?

You want cat shards.. buy them from weekly shipments.

They want you to pay for shards with crystals for a few weeks before they let you get any free shards.
