How to find out which characters you need for different matches.

Hi I've been playing a few days now and unlocked all the tables. I understand nearly everything. But the one thing I still not is which characters I need for perticular matches. Say for bosses you need like health regain people and defence down or something well what characters do best against other character. Where does it say that a this character is good against these types of character? Please help me

You're better off with a top 5 that can handle pretty much anything and another 5 who you can change for if you have to. That would be top 10 total, 5 light, 5 dark. Some people like all out attack, some like a more defensive strategy like me. I use 2 healers and 3 attackers. That way you've always got a heal cooled down when you need it. But, if blasting away your opponents works for you then do that.

So jack of all trades squad>niche squad.

You have plenty of options here. For instance - In Arena you will mix your DS and LS toons. For GW you will need at least 2 healers and long squad so you can keep up, and when you go through both sides - well there you could use whatever you got. ATM there is small amount of characters that we have been playing with and the best two are Sid from Arena shipments and Lumi from GW. I can advice you to star up and gear up your JC - ha has one advantage than others - he has 1 more gear lvl then the others. I got him at 3 stars 7 lvl gear and his dmg is outrageous. Also heis heal CD is 3 turns and his basic attack reduces cd of all your characters spells. So find the right balance with the toons you got and have some fun

Thanks everyone big help for me and I'm sure others. I just wrote on here My characters does anyone know which ones are healers and which ones good fighters also what is long squad and also what's tank

JC and Lumi are both good healers and Attackers. Tanks are characters have a lot of HP/defensive stats and/or abilities like taunt. Characters like Chewie are tanks.

Well. Figuring this out is the most entertaining part of the game. You run into challenges. Sometimes you need to level up to pass, sometimes you need to improve your current characters more, AND sometimes, you have to rethink you're whole strategy.
For example, right now I'll lay odds that you are using Chewbaca and probably have him as your leader. This works really good for awhile, and then the matches slowly get harder and harder to where Chewy needs to have his skills increased to be stronger. As the levels continue to out pace you in difficulty, he will need to be replaced. Around this point, you'll have collected a few additional characters, and the rethinking your entire strategy will begin.

The formatting here is completely indecipherable but I get the gist of it. Keep JC, Talia, Chewie, and the Jawa. I'm 54, and I still use all of them. My A team is Sid, JC, Talia, Chewie, and Jawa. My B team is Jedi Guardian, Phasma, Luminara, First order Storm Trooper, Plo Koon.

Use all your pvp points for Sid. Buy Lumi with GW points and Old Daka with Cantina points. Keep all your gear levels for your A team as high as you can, but try to balance that with shards, aka collecting as many cards as you can.
