How to increase guild donation limits?

Have my current guild donation limit is 2 or 1 gear per request. I've been to another guild where te limit was 10 gears pé request! How can I change those limits?

It’s dependent on the gear itself if you can donate 1 or 2 salvage pieces.

If the gear color is white, green, or blue, you can donate 2/10. If the gear color is purple, you can only donate 1/5.
