Grand Inquisitor: broken?

I tried to fight him (and won, hardly) using usual JMK team.
The point is: since JMK lead negates TM gain, why inquisitors gain TM like crazy, playing 15-20 turns in a row?

  • Grand Inquisitor takes a bonus turn every time someone gets to 6 stacks of purge.

He also reduces enemy speeds and increases Inquisitor's speed drastically.
  • Ok but it was not GI to play several turns before my guys. He only played once. But the other inq. went in a continuous fashion, 3-5 times each, it was like watching CLS-Rebels or Imperial Troopers at their best.
Again: Kenobi’s lead negates TM gain, right?

Not for nothing but it's pretty much the only team of note he can beat, sometimes, without CAT, just like GAS can do.

It negates tm manipulation. They can still gain tm through speed.
