Do you think it’s ok for CG to promise things to their players then never deliver?
Well, they said they planned to. Plans can change. Companies aren't static.

To continue to release bugged and flawed content and events?
I'm sure they aren't putting bugs in on purpose. And they do actually track and even fix a lot of them given time. There's a whole other board for this. SWGOH's answers.ea.com

Or do you think that we are privileged to play this game so whatever we get, we should be grateful for?
It's a free mobile gacha game nice for passing the time. I'm not expecting anything more than that.

1.) They also said they’d have updates regarding this in specific upcoming posts (March RA for example) and then nothing.

2.) Nobody is saying it’s on purpose. It’s a clear lack of quality testing. What’s worse though is how they claim bugs are so complex to fix but we have bugs hurting the players that stay in game for several months, but those helping us are changed almost immediately. Remember how they said they couldn’t fix things mid TB but a bug popped up that helped the players? Whatcha think happened.

3.) If that’s what you think then fine. That’s your opinion. However you must care more than you’re letting on if you’re here talking about the game on an official forum. Sounds more like it’s something beyond just passing the time.

And if plans changed, they need to inform their players if they expect any kind of investment into their game, whether it be screen time or real money. Going silent does nothing but create anger and stops people from supporting the game.

Yes, plans can change. But in that case you have to inform the people affected by those changed plans, in this case the players.
Well, they don't "have" to. "Should" sure, but that's a business call.

And ghosting the community is a bad business call considering their earnings have them making less than Puzzles & Zombies lmao

If all your things you think they "owe" you are actually just what you think they "should" do as a business, then fine. Set your expectations accordingly.
