Datacron Turnmeter buff not working

The turnmeter buff of the new datacron is not working. In squad arena i faced with jml (534 Speed) a slkr (550 Speed). With the turnmeter datacron equipped jml should begin, but slkr started -> Bug. Fix please

I boldly asume that he has Hux. So i guess that means: "When the game starts, all allies gain 25% turn meter"
Since hux unique forbids this, it is working as intended, but either:

1.Badly coded
2.Badly explained

SLKR grants +30 speed, so he’s 580 for starters.

And if Hux was in the team, you won’t get the bonus TM…

If Hux is present, who I’ll assume is in that SLKR squad, his unique will prevent TM gain as long as he has Advantage. This trumps datacrons
