Possible glitch in TW for enemy team

Can someone explain how the enemy BAM has the Mand’alor buff and was switching taunt around the entire time WITHOUT maul on the team? This is in TW.

WAI. Your Maul's lead is giving it to him. "Mandalorians in the leader slot gain..." applies to both teams.

Wow I did not know this. Seems weird a buff on my team also compliments the enemy.
